Subject to availability a payment request will be sent to you once we have received your reservation request.
In order to guarantee your reservation we require a 30% deposit of the price in advance. The deposit can be paid via a Bank Tranfer to our account or Western Union.
The deposit must be paid within 4 days of you receiving the payment request. We will hold the availability only for this 4 day period.
Once the deposit is received we will email you a voucher which will constitute confirmation of payment.

After 14:00 until 22:00 – If you arrive early and your apartment is vacant and ready you may occupy it, if not we will gladly store your luggage until such time that it is ready.

The balance of the payment must be paid on your arrival
We accept Cash, Wire transfer and Western Union
As of 01/01/2018, we are required to charge the 'Overnight Stay Tax' at Check-in. This is calculated at 0.5€ per night and is not included in the cost of your stay.

Cancellation requests will only be accepted by email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
Cancellation requests received 31 days or more from your scheduled arrival date will be fully refunded less any banking/money transfer costs.
Cancellation requests received less than 31 days will receive no refund.
'Non-shows' will not receive a refund.

At our discretion, if you leave before your scheduled departure date we will charge 50% for each of the remaining days, with a minimum charge equal to the cost of one night’s accommodation.

Your apartment/studio will be thoroughly cleaned prior to your occupation, including new bed and bath linen
We clean the apartments and rooms thoroughly including new bed and bath linen every 3-5 days.

We can accommodate your pets only upon request
Smoking is striclty prohibited in all inside areas of rooms and apartments. Smoking on the balconies is allowed.
